About This Cause
SW Trails PDX is a all-volunteer, non-profit corporation providing educational and public services for the residents of SW Portland, Oregon. We provide events and opportunities for our neighbors to be involved in the construction, maintenance, and enjoyment of pedestrian and bicycle routes. We work with various city and county governments and community organizations to promote safe walking and biking for all of our area's residents. We were founded by local volunteers in 1995, and became an independent IRS approved 501 (c) (3) corporation in 2011.
