Mission Statement
At ARCC Center our main goal is to provide respite care in a way that is safe, fun, and treats the client with the dignity that they deserve. We accomplish this by having dedicated, caring, and well-trained staff that provide care based on each client’s individual needs. A.R.C.C. Center respite program is designed to support clients that have developmental disabilities and their families. At ARCC Center one of our main goals is to help and encourage all of the clients in our program to lead productive, dignified, and satisfying lives. We accomplish this by having dedicated, caring, and well-trained staff that provide care based on each client’s individual needs. We strive to provide each family with the perfect Respite Worker based on the client’s needs and the Respite Workers background. Most of our employees are currently going to school to work in special needs related fields such as OT, Speech, PT, Special Ed, Nursing, etc. Providing the client and family with rest and relaxation will in turn help to preserve the structure of the family unit and benefit the entire community.
About This Cause
ARCC Center Foundation is a non-profit orginzation that provides free respite care to families that have children with developmental disabilities. We serve clients of all ages, infants to seniors. Accessibility is key for our families, our program is available for all clients that have a developmental disability and their family. At ARCC Center one of our main goals is to help and encourage all of the clients in our program to lead productive, dignified, and satisfying lives. We pair the client with a Respite Worker that lives locally and will fit their needs, this person will help our client in the home and community. ARCC Center serves several thousand families in California and offers free soccer camps currently in San Diego County.
