Mission Statement
Striving to help our neighbors by providing local food pantries with first-choice, fresh, nutritious and culturally relevant vegetables.
About This Cause
Since our inception two decades ago, the Madison Area Food Pantry Gardens has grown and donated more than 2 million pounds of fresh, first-choice vegetables to the Dane County emergency food system. In an average year, MAFPG is able to grow 100,000 pounds of produce while gleaning an additional 50,000 pounds of vegetables.
