Mission Statement
LifeScape empowers people to live their best life. LifeScape Foundation provides resources to Lifescape empowering patients, students, children and adults with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Services provided include pediatric specialty hospital, specialty school, outpatient, outreach and inpatient physical, speech, occupational and behavioral therapy, children and adult residential services, supported employment and adult day services.
About This Cause
LifeScape supports children and families across the upper Midwest including: South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Iowa, and Minnesota supporting over 5,000 children and adults last year. LifeScape has outpatient centers for physical, occupational, speech and behavior therapy located in Sioux Falls and Rapid City, SD. Adult residential, supported employment services and day services are provided to over 451 adults in Sioux Falls, SD. LifeScape's pediatric rehabilitation hospital helps children recovering from illness, surgery, or accidents providing intensive therapy and education services. Lifescape's specialty school provides a structured education program for children with developmental and cognitive challenges as well as challenging behaviors.
