The mission of the SEAL Future Fund is to prepare transitioning Navy SEALs for a civilian life of purpose.
About This Cause
The SEAL Future Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a comprehensive suite of free lifetime resources to prepare active duty and veteran SEALs for success in the civilian world. The military’s most highly selected operator, The Navy SEAL personifies the qualities most crucial to success in the private sector: commitment, teamwork, resilience, problem-solving, motivation, selflessness and drive. However, the intense demands and focus required during a decade of war preclude the development of industry knowledge and relationships critical to their transition. The SFF was founded in 2012 to empower SEALs to achieve success as civilians. By enabling each transitioning SEAL to discover his purpose outside of the military and through partnerships with industry elites and best in class programs, the SFF ensures that each transitioning SEAL becomes a force multiplier in the private sector.
