About This Cause
BackPack Beginnings (BPB) was established in 2010 in response to the growing needs of underprivileged children in our community. By ensuring food and basic necessities are given directly to children in need, we can make a positive and lasting impact on their health and well-being. Guided by a core set of values of integrity, accountability, and emphasis on service we strive to ensure the well-being, dignity, and education of the children we serve is encouraged and awareness of their needs is raised in our community. Our vision – a community of healthy and well-nurtured children – is being met one BackPack at a time.
