Mission Statement

ENYRLDC is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization that was created as a direct result of the historic Community Benefits Agreement generated from the Gateway Phase II retail expansion, which provided over a dozen new shopping centers in East New York. The mission of ENYRLDC is to oversee the implementation of the CBA through two major components: Small Business Development Center & Community Development. Through these efforts ENYRLDC intends to increase career and business opportunities, build a sound economic base, and enhance arts, culture, and athletic programming throughout the East New York Community.
