Mission Statement
WHEELS Global Foundation facilitates the propagation of sustainable projects under WHEELS – Water, Health, Education, Energy, Livelihoods, and Sustainability – by bringing together mission-aligned entities to scale promising solutions to millions of end-beneficiaries. We are marching on to impact 20% of Rural & Suburban Population of India by 2030, and a similar scale impact in USA.
About This Cause
WHEELS Global Foundation (WGF) is a non-profit 501-c-3 organization with a mission to give back to society through collaborative partnerships with like-minded organizations across India and the US. The WGF program is dedicated to giving back to society through social entrepreneurship driven by technology enabled philanthropy. We collaborate with private foundations, charities, NGOs, and other like-minded organizations that are focused on fulfilling the simple needs of underserved citizens in rural areas in India and in the United States. Our two-pronged strategy: (1) Build a curated portfolio of one-to-two dozen initiatives across our six domains of focus which can be taken to 5m-50m beneficiaries across all corners of India and then to select communities in USA. (2) Orchestrate rapid best-practice sharing of promising solutions among all NGOs via our NGO Collaboration Platform (a solution repository and portal) so each proven solution can have huge multiplier effect.
