Mission Statement
At Society of Young Inklings, our mission is to inspire young authors to unleash the power of their unique stories. Our instructors use our active game-based principles to break the writing process into manageable steps. We help students deepen their critical and creative thinking- real life skills which serve them not only in developing as artists, but in all parts of their lives. Society of Young Inklings celebrates diversity and offers class and mentorships to all students without exception.
About This Cause
Society of Young Inklings provides: Inspiration and Instruction: Well-crafted, game-based writing instruction helps young writers find their unique writing voice. Creative Community: Collaborative, supportive community provides young writers and adult writers alike with the opportunity and motivation to develop their skill. Publishing Programs: Real-life publishing programs that allow young writers to claim and develop their identity as authors.
