About This Cause
The SailPack Foundation / Triangle Community Sailing is a student-founded, federally-recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization dedicated to college and community sailing, as well as : - Providing leadership development opportunities for students in organizational management, team building, and organizational advocacy - Developing and sustaining a competitive intercollegiate sailing program and vibrant sailing club organization at NC State - Fostering an appreciation and engagement with the sport of sailing in our community - Teaching the technical skills and safety considerations necessary to become sailors - Procuring, managing and maintaining safe & contemporary equipment, assets, & facilities necessary to achieve these goals.
