Mission Statement
Eagles Nest Regeneration's mission is helping people live in sustainable recovery.
About This Cause
WHO WE ARE Eagles Nest Regeneration (ENR) is a 501c3 non-profit organization located on 160 acres in Floyd, Virginia. ENR is an one year, faith-based, residential, substance abuse treatment center for male and females. Our mission is “Helping people live in sustainable recovery”. Our vision is that every person that comes to ENR receives the tools necessary to walk in the hope and encouragement that a life without dependance on chemicals is possible. ENR believes that chemical addiction affects the body, soul and spirit and our solution encompasses the healing, health and regeneration of these three areas. ENR is a licensed substance abuse treatment provider in the Commonwealth of Virginia. ENR's classes are licensed substance abuse treatment. WHAT WE DO -Educational Instruction focused on Recovery and Spiritual principals -Small group therapies that encompass vulnerability, accountability and personal responsibility for affects of addiction and their recovery -Large Group activities to encourage social and relational skills -One-On-One Counseling to promote mental, emotional and spiritual healing -Physical wellness encouraged through proper nutrition and physical exercise and recreational sports -Therapeutic work-sites where men are taught occupational skills and held to a high standard of work ethic -Peer-to-Peer relational exercises to promote responsibility for personal daily struggles and how to effectively communicate needs and receive accountability. -Family Recovery classes/ groups to promote healing to the whole family COMMUNITY IMPACT -Helping bring a proven and lasting solution to the epidemic of chemical dependency in the NRV -Helping lower the costs and need for tax dollars for either rehabilitation or incarceration -Men/Women and their families being involved and an effective part of the local community -Statistics say that one addict affects at least ten people negatively through his addiction. We believe that same person can affect at least ten positively with his healthy change. -With the trade and occupational skills developed, each person can find and keep a job and be a productive part of society. FINANCIAL ENR and it’s model of care has the unique ability to be self-sustaining through its therapeutic work industries. As ENR expands and grows, it will be able to work with more people. As we work with more people, the industries can grow and continue to be more self-sustaining. Though self-sustaining, ENR doesn’t have the ability to provide for capital projects and growth. We have begun a fundraising team to focus on events and grant writing specifically to help with this future capital growth.
