Mission Statement
Bitwise Impact partners with mission-aligned organizations to unite resources and connect community activators, with the purpose of removing barriers for individuals, better understanding demographics served and systemic issues preventing upward mobility, and building philanthropic alliances in the process to create an equitable society.
About This Cause
Bitwise Impact is focused on achieving our mission by partnering with leading practitioners and community-based organizations that are connected to the communities they serve in order to provide funding and drive change at local levels. What We Do: 1) Inclusive Economic Development: Expanding economic growth in underestimated communities through equity-based opportunities focused on place-based training, developing real-world experience, and job placement. 2) Coalition Building: Building partnerships across business, government, nonprofit, and philanthropy to drive innovations in workforce and economic development. 3) Developing & Disseminating Research: Identifying best practices for inclusive workforce training and tech employment.
