About This Cause
HERO (Homeless Education, Resources, and Opportunities) for Kids Foundation provides Homeless and impoverished children with educational experiences such as field trips and special school speakers, provide resources such as basic essentials (food, clothing, shoes, hygiene items and school supplies) and opportunities (extra-curricular activities, opportunities to participate in art, drama, and music education) that these children would otherwise not have access to. HERO for Kids Foundation sees every child as an individual and seeks to develop individual strengths and passions in each child in an effort to break the cycle of poverty one child at a time.
