Our mission is to provide: Education and awareness to the public regarding responsible pet ownership, benevolent assistance to animals and individuals in need, and charitable giving to other non-profit organizations.
About This Cause
Community Paws is an animal welfare organization based in the Verrado community of Buckeye, AZ since 2014. We are an all-volunteer organization committed to providing assistance to local animals and people in need. Through a partnership with Chewy.com, we distribute pet food and supplies to nearly 200 local animal rescues. Though we are not an animal rescue, we have placed nearly 100 homeless animals with loving families. We have a youth education program that teaches children ages 10 and older how to care for and handle animals. Community Paws holds many fun, community-building events throughout the year in order to educate, entertain and raise community awareness of our cause and the animals we are helping.
