The tool library accepts donations of tools and loans them back out to the community.
About This Cause
Establish economic, social and environmental equity by providing the direct economic benefit of a tool library to SE Seattle that has been available for decades elsewhere in Seattle. Reduce our environmental footprint by reducing consumption of tools used only once Enhance self-reliance and resilience by sharing and education Foster sense of community and mutual support Lay a foundation for a true Local Sharing Economy Assist other similar efforts by technical support and fiscal sponsorship.
