About This Cause
The Fremont Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 1976. For over 40 years the Foundation has helped Fremont Health remain as one of the most technologically-advanced healthcare providers in the region and helped thousands of individuals in the communities we serve. The Foundation provides a critical source of funding to help enhance and expand Fremont Health’s technology, services, and resources to improve the health and wellness of all patients are health system serves. We are guided by our mission to develop relationships and resources to advance patient care and clinical excellence at Fremont Health. Fremont Health continues to provide services through its own operation and finances and does not require county or taxpayer funding. This financial independence is important, ensuring efficient operation with an emphasis on quality healthcare. The Foundation’s work on behalf of the Medical Center remains especially important to meet the ever changing healthcare needs in our community and to continue to improve health and wellness throughout the communities we serve. Philanthropic support helps impact: • New Technologies • Expanding facilities, programs and services • Programs that ensure all patients have access to the resources, education and support needed for health and healing.
