Mission Statement
Nebraska AIDS Project (NAP) cares for people impacted by HIV and AIDS, while promoting sexual health for all through education, access, and advocacy.
About This Cause
Founded in 1984 out of a handful of separate efforts, NAP was originally designed to provide hospice services to those dying with AIDS and to provide education to prevent the further spread of the virus. The agency has evolved over the years into a large, dynamic organization that strives to overcome HIV and all manner of sexually transmitted infections through education, targeted outreach, testing, case management, and other supportive services.
