School-based youth mentoring program.
About This Cause
The TeamMates Mentoring Program is a school-based mentoring program that was founded in 1991. Our mentors provide support and encouragement to children in Grades 3-12. The goal of the program is to see youth graduate from high school and pursue post-secondary education. To reach this goal, the mentee and mentor meet for one hour per week. Mentors give youth a sense of hope, purpose and vision.
