We focus on ten primary areas of need but also help with daily household issues that result from life, in general. Our focus areas include: Health care, education, employment, transportation, financial counseling, legal assistance, community integration, services, benefits, food and clothing as well as direct assistance. Veterans find us primarily through referral and complete an intake to assess their needs. We establish appointments with community and governmental agencies to address their needs. While the Veteran is obtaining service and support we maintain continuous contact to ensure the proper services are provided and their needs are being adequately addressed. Once the needs are satisfied and the Veteran is stable within our communities we contact the Veteran after six months to ensure all is progressing well and inquire if additional support is needed.
