The mission of the Foundation for Plastic Recycling is to drive sustainability solutions for plastics packaging in order to support the Circular Economy.
About This Cause
Through education, research and collaboration, the Foundation for Plastic Recycling enhances the value of plastic recycling, as well as expands plastic recycling efforts at the state, local and national level. Established by the Association of Plastic Recyclers, the Foundation for Plastic Recycling is unique for its commitment to enhancing and expanding plastics recycling efforts in order to garner economic and environmental benefits. The Foundation recently launched a BUY RECYCLED initiative (www.BuyRecycledNow.org) to educate the general public about the importance of buying products made from recycled content in order to complete the recycling circle. Recycling does not end at the bin!
