Firearms Policy Foundation (FPF) is a grassroots 501(c)3 non-profit public benefit organization that participates in strategic litigation and legal action programs, conducts research, publishes information and resources, and utilizes many other charitable activities to advance civil rights. FPF’s mission is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and the People’s rights, privileges and immunities deeply rooted in this Nation’s history and tradition, especially the inalienable, fundamental, and individual Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms and First Amendment rights.
