About This Cause
Lydia’s Bowels of Mercy Home, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization founded to create impact in needy and disadvantaged communities and people of diverse demography. Lydia's Vision is to change the world one life at time. We aspire to do this through our Mission to help eliminate poverty, food insecurities, and to improve the health and well-being of the disadvantage populations. Lydia's Nest have developed partnerships with other organizations to provide the coordination of resources to educate, empower and improve the health and wellness in the lives of the disadvantaged while strengthening families and communities in a culturally sensitive environment. As the local community resource center in Johnsonville, Lydia’s Nest serves as an all-encompassing resource program with a focus on identifying and addressing the immediate needs of the most vulnerable throughout the Pee Dee area. Our motto: We are here to serve, not to be served.
