Mission Statement
The overall goals of NCCS are informed by generosity of spirit and concern for the common good. We seek to improve the quality of life for all by providing affordable and accessible mental health counseling services and access to resources to people at vulnerable times in life, as they find ways to help themselves, their families, friends and larger community.
About This Cause
NCCS provides free or sliding scale mental health counseling services through our intern program; outpatient individual and group counseling to residents of Somerville, MA and surrounding communities as well as embedded school counseling services, primarily to students who are uninsured or underinsured. Through telehealth counseling services we are able to serve residents throughout Massachusetts, MA.
