About This Cause
Konbit Haiti is a non-profit charity working in Montrouis, Haiti. The primary function of this organization is to serve vulnerable families and the communities where they live. Each donation is put toward community-led initiatives such as clean water projects, after-school programs, family empowerment teachings, and leadership programs. Konbit Haiti is a Haitian-run organization with an emphasis on grass-roots leadership and a desire to impact communities for the long-run. We believe that development should be sustainable, resilient, and purposeful - it has to be led by locals. Every community around the globe has the capacity to develop themselves. Konbit Haiti has been partnering with local leaders to transform their communities to THRIVE since 2010.
