About This Cause
The Azraq Education and Community Fund (AECF) is a non-profit organization providing education programming and humanitarian aid to Syrian refugees and other vulnerable families in Jordan. We focus our efforts in the rural community of South Azraq, Jordan where the population has nearly doubled from the influx of refugees. Our beneficiaries are underserved by mainstream aid organizations and AECF provides meaningful and direct contributions to better their lives. Our flagship program, The Azraq Center, provides innovative education opportunities for 350+ students ages 3+.
