Mission Statement
The East Cut Community Benefit District advances the neighborhood’s quality of life, enhances its public realm, and reinforces the viability of its economic base. The East Cut CBD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation supported by property owners through an annual assessment.
About This Cause
The East Cut Community Benefit District was created In July 2015 as a model for public / private partnerships to serve our district with the highest level of cleaning and safety services, enhance its public realm, and reinforce the viability of its economic base to make for a more connected community. The East Cut CBD provides services to the neighborhood 24hrs a day, seven days a week – cleaning nine miles of sidewalks, providing a nightly community security program, funding the programming and maintenance of Salesforce Park, and building community through regular neighborhood-based activations.
