About This Cause
The purpose of the Global Technology Access Foundation is to provide underdeveloped communities in the world with access to appropriate technologies that will foster sustainable economic growth for the members of the community. A primary focus of the foundation is to provide schools with network and computing technology to help students, staff, and the broader community benefit from software applications and the vast information available on the Internet. In 2010, we started working in Uganda through other non-profit organizations. In 2015, we formed Global Technology Access Foundation to improve efficiency and simplify our processes. From the beginning, our goal has been to provide schools with network and computing technology to help students learn skills essential to success in the new century. For each project, we work closely with the school, local community, and our local partners to implement a solution.
