Mission Statement
Jacob's Fund provides financial assistance to children with developmental impairments who would benefit from physical, occupational, or speech therapy, particularly through hippotherapy, in order to improve their quality of life.
About This Cause
Jacob's Fund was founded in memory of Jacob Noah Beachy, who lived for thirty-eight happy, loving months on this earth. Jacob's memorial is a living memorial; it includes all the children Jacob's Fund has helped and continues to help through hippotherapy, an extraordinary form of therapy using the horse as a therapy tool. Jacob's Fund works with qualified AHA-trained therapists and PATH-certified facilities to provide the best possible care for these children. We are in keeping with Jacob's generous, loving spirit in our desire to see children with developmental impairments achieve the richest, fullest life possible.
