Mission Statement
Saving Huey Foundation works to expose the blood sport of dog fighting, as well as all forms of animal abuse.
About This Cause
Saving Huey Foundation is a non profit organization that works to raise awareness to the horrors of dog fighting and other forms of animal abuse. We work tirelessly to expose animal abuse and encourage our followers to use their voices to make changes to our current existing laws on animal abuse. Saving Huey Foundation works with local shelters by offering our Huey’s Heroes Reading Peogram. All ages of readers are encouraged to join us weekly to read to the shelter animals. We are hopeful that by having our youth experience the over crowding of our shelter system, we will make an impact on them enough to change the future. We encourage and reward readers for shelter donations as well as for improved grades. Shelter animals benefit from the interaction wjth our readers, and the hopeful result will end with their adoption.
