Mission Statement
We are building a model to empower, connect, and sustain indigenous peoples in their centuries-long role as guardians of the Amazon rainforest, and in doing so, preserving this region: one of the earth’s greatest defenses against climate change.
About This Cause
Amazon Frontlines is an international group of human rights lawyers, environmental activists, forestry specialists, filmmakers, journalists, anthropologists, and farmers who live and work alongside their indigenous partner organization Ceibo Alliance in the Amazon Rainforest, working together to fight for indigenous autonomy and rainforest protection.
