Our Goals Laws and public policies that encourage and enable recovery, wellness, education, and social support. Community resources and mobilized support for everyone affected by substance use and mental health disorders. Access to quality care for individuals, families, and communities that supports health and encourages civic engagement. What We Do Advocate Faces & Voices of Recovery advocates for public policies and funding that support substance use disorder recovery on all paths. Use de-stigmatizing language. Participate in federal policymaking. Spearhead the recovery advocacy movement. Educate the recovery population on its voting rights. Train on recovery capital. Act We unite recovery-centered organizations around the nation through our Alliance for Recovery Community Organizations (ARCO), supporting all pathways of wellness and substance use disorder recovery.
