Mission Statement
The Law Foundation of Silicon Valley uses legal advocacy to combat injustices like poverty, inequity, and child abuse. We provide free legal services on housing, health, and children's rights issues and systems change work to advance equity and justice for low-income individuals and communities of color in Silicon Valley.
About This Cause
Since 1974, our committed team of lawyers, advocates, and social workers have provided free legal services, strategic outreach, and educational advocacy to our low-income neighbors and communities of color. Our experienced staff uses the law as a tool to fight for the critical needs of our clients such as housing stability, mental health support, and the protection of children's rights. We continue to evolve to serve our community better, working in innovative ways that center the voices and experiences of our client communities. Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley is able to provide free, life-changing legal services for more than 10,000 people in Santa Clara County each year.
