Mission Statement
To be a catalyst for uniting and empowering sexual and gender minorities in Baltimore and Central Maryland and advocate for a better quality of life for the entire community.
About This Cause
The GLCCB manages 20 programs monthly to meet the needs of our community. Programs range from health and wellness, arts and culture to education and employment. We also organize events geared to connecting and empowering our community and service approximately 3,000 per month, much of it made possible by collaborating with over 20 different local organizations and initiatives. Through partnerships, the Center is able to engage new community members and offer safe and free space. The Center also provides free trainings and technical support to local schools, nonprofits and health institutions to increase the quality of care for all sexual and gender minorities.
