Mission Statement
The Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund, Inc. (KSEF) provides scholarship assistance to deserving graduating seniors of the District of Columbia Public High Schools and Public Charter High Schools.
About This Cause
The Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund, Inc. is a 501c3 non profit tax exempt foundation established for the purpose of providing financial scholarship assistance to deserving graduating senior high school students of the District of Columbia Public High Schools and Public Charter High Schools, who seek to further their education through attendance at an accredited institution of higher learning. The Fund is administered by a volunteer Board of Directors and is audited annually by a certified public accounting firm. An annual fundraising event - The Celebrity Soul Food Feast and Auction is held yearly; donations may also be made directly to the fund through cash contributions, bequests, and via the Named Endowed Scholarship Program. KSEF also receives donations by participating in the United Way of the National Capital Area and Combined Federal Campaigns
