Harford Family House, Inc. assists families with children, and unaccompanied young adults achieve independency through housing, support, and resources dedicated to improving the financial stability and mental wellbeing of its clients experiencing homelessness.
About This Cause
HFH is a Non-Profit Organization that is the largest provider of transitional housing for homeless families with children in Harford County, Maryland. We are the largest organization in Harford County capable of keeping an intact family together (including a father) during the crisis of homelessness. We are committed to building the start-to-finish solution to end homelessness for families with children and unaccompanied young adults in Harford County.
