Mission Statement
Health Partners is a charitable medical and dental clinic serving the uninsured of Charles County and Maryland Medicaid recipients. We offer adult primary care, adult and pediatric dental care, a clothing closet, and a connection to care system for other resources in our community.
About This Cause
Health Partners was founded by Sister Gladys Marie and Sister Michaeleen of the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1992, and moved to our current location in the Old Waldorf School in 1996. Named "The Clinic that God Built", the aim of Health Partners is to be a medical and dental home to those who enter our doors. We are a charitable organization dedicated to delivering quality healthcare in a respectful and compassionate environment to the citizens of Southern Maryland who are economically disadvantaged by utilizing the skills and resources of the community. The clinic operates as an independent charitable organization with a volunteer Board of Directors. Health Partners relies on dedicated volunteers to ensure the delivery of quality care.
