Our Lady of Guadalupe Church
Mission Statement
We are celebrating 120 years of Building Community Through Faith (1896-2016). Our Lady of Guadalupe parish envisions community as a primary means of bringing people to faith in Jesus through and with Mary, his mother. We are a family, striving to be of “one heart and mind” (Acts 4:32), that nourishes and challenges all to live fully the Gospel.
About This Cause
We are a diverse parish of rich and poor, young and old, english and spanish who encourage and console one another. Each year we have three major social outreach programs. Thanksgiving food drive, an Easter Basket Outreach and Christmas gift giving; giving our parishioners an opportunity to gather donations and share our blessings with the less fortunate. We have Food drives, blood drives, diaper drives and when necessary parish collections for disaster recovery funds. We also have a St. Vincent De Paul Society that provides food, money, rent and other needs for the homeless.
