Mission Statement
CASA's mission is to protect and serve every abused, neglected child in Prince William, Rappahannock, Warren, Fauquier and Loudoun counties, and work with their support team to help find the safe, permanent, loving home they deserve.
About This Cause
CASA’s mission and purpose is to: (1) To protect and serve every abused, neglected child appointed a volunteer advocate; (2) To provide a voice in court for abused, neglected children that they might have an opportunity for a safe and permanent home; (3) To help the child in crisis feel a little less alone, understand a little more about what is happening, and know that someone who cares will be there through the entire court experience; (4) To watch diligently over the child’s care to ensure safety, and guide the court required services to needed so the child may grow and become healthy, productive adult, able to break the chain of abuse; and (5) To assist the court, Guardians ad Litem, and departments of Social Services by providing accurate, child-centered information through diligent investigation, research and interviews, as the group seeks to legally protect the child.
