About This Cause
ART 180 is a nonprofit collective serving the Greater Richmond area by providing a space, free of judgement, that encourages creative self-expression while developing young creators and promoting them through exhibitions, performances, public art, and more. We partner with professional artists, schools, and community organizations to guide young people in developing skills to help them discover their own unique and important voice. We operate a teen center and gallery (Atlas) in Jackson Ward, where our office is located, and provide programs at partner locations across the community. We also own an adjacent residential condo and care for a public parklet out front.
