Mission Statement
The goal of Y.E.S. is the well-being of children, to integrate the entire personality of the child and teen, not just focusing on one aspect. This can be achieved by making Yoga Education available in schools, whether as part of a Board of Education (BoE) or a privately run Yoga School, staffed by teachers well trained in Yoga and Child Development and Pedagogy, via the Y.E.S. course and syllabus for children and adults who wish to teach yoga to children and teens. "Harmony of Head, Heart and Hands". "Releasing the creative potential from within" for a balanced, harmonious, happy life. Children are the future.

Y.E.S. YOGA EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS OFFERS YOGA EDUCATION TO CHILDREN AND TEENS BY TEACHING BIHAR SCHOOL OF YOGA PRACTICES SUITABLE AND APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS. THIS IS AVAILABLE TO CHILDREN, TEENS (INCLUDING SPECIAL NEEDS) AS WEEKLY CLASSES IN SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES, TECHNICAL SCHOOLS, LEARNING CENTERS, SUMMER CAMPS, AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, PRIVATE CLASSES SET UP IN THE COMMUNITY: IN SCHOOLS, CHILDREN'S SHELTERS, HOSPITALS, CHILDREN/TEEN ORGANIZATIONS, INSTITUTIONS FOR EDUCATION, MENTAL HEALTH, ORGANIZATIONS AND CENTERS FOR ADDICTIONS, OCD, PHYSICAL/MENTAL/EMOTIONAL ABUSE, ADD, ADHD, DYSLEXIA, SPECIAL NEEDS: AUTISM, DOWNE'S SYNDROME, CEREBRAL PALSY, MENTAL RETARDATION; FOR RUN AWAY TEENS, TEEN PREGNANCIES. ALSO VIA COURSES TEACHING THE Y.E.S. YOGA EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS SYLLABUS TO THOSE INTERESTED IN TEACHING YOGA TO CHILDREN AND TEENS, FOR CHILDREN, TO CHILDREN AND TEENS TO THEIR PEERS. FOR ADULTS INTERESTED IN TEACHING YOGA TO CHILDREN AND TEENS. THE CHILDREN AND TEEN FELLOWSHIP YOGA MOVEMENT PROGRAM. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO NEED THIS EITHER IN PART OR WHOLE.
