About This Cause
As a family of four Museums—Discovery Place Science, Discovery Place Nature, and two Kids Museums—Discovery Place brings science, nature and design together to create transformative experiences that enable our community to understand, enjoy and apply science to their lives. We develop the STEM workforce of tomorrow, make STEM education accessible to all, and bring the universe to Charlotte through our international exhibits, IMAX films, and programs. Discovery Place is the largest non-profit STEM provider for our region and is home to the largest collection of living animals in Charlotte.
