About This Cause
McLeod Center provides assessments, education, and treatment services for adults with substance use and mental health disorders. Services include outpatient, continuing care, family care, residential, medication assisted treatment, and support services for justice involved referrals. Specific criminal justice services include DWI assessment and treatment, and therapeutic support for prisons released from state and federal institutions. In 2020, over 6,000 unique individuals received treatment in Piedmont and Western North Carolina. With the onset of the pandemic, virtual counseling services are now available.
