Mission Statement
OUR MISSION: MERCI Clinic is committed to providing confidential medical, limited dental and pharmaceutical services to individuals who have no health insurance and are of limited income regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, religion or other legally protected status.
About This Cause
MERCI Clinic's goal is to improve the current health status of our community. By providing primary health care to the uninsured, MERCI Clinic helps eliminate dependence on the ER for non-life threatening events, and helps return active adults to the workforce. MERCI patients visited our Clinic more than 4000 times in 2019 for for physician appointments, medication pick up, blood pressure checks, diabetes education, & lab work. In addition, our patients received close to $500,000 in speciality care and diagnostics from MERCI’s many partners in our medical community. Because of the generosity of our community partners and volunteers, MERCI Clinic is able to provide, on average, $9,050 worth of health care services at a cost of $954 per patient annually. MERCI receives no state or federal monies and relies solely on individuals, grants and businesses for support. We are grateful to our many donors who, like MERCI Clinic, believe a healthy community benefits all.
