Mission Statement
Our mission is to close the opportunity gap experienced by underserved youth. We do so by providing learning adventures and professional opportunities within our network rooted in action sports culture and mentoring. Our program builds our kids’ resilience, gives them a sense of belonging, and leads them to develop skills and networks they use to achieve their dreams, and make positive change in their communities and the world.
