Mission Statement
Caitlin's Smiles spreads hope, laughs and smiles to children in hospitals. Powered by a passionate group of volunteers, Caitlin’s Smiles encourages children with serious health challenges to explore their uniquely creative talents by taking part in arts and craft activities. While creating feelings of self-worth and instilling confidence in these children, the efforts ultimately put smiles on the faces of everyone involved.
About This Cause
Founded in 2004, Caitlin's Smiles was created in honor of the founder's daughter, Caitlin, who lost her battle to a brain tumor at the tender age of seven. Caitlin's Smiles provides Bags of Smiles, coping kits and craft kits to children in regional hospitals. In nineteen years, they have reached over 2.4 million children. Please help those smiles continue!
