About This Cause
Make-A-Wish South Carolina grants the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions. Our Goals and Objectives are: Increase the Number and Quality of Wishes Increase the number of wishes granted each year. Commit to granting wishes of the highest quality. Financial Stability Ensure a sustainable future for the organization and children and families across the chapter. Enhance Organizational Effectiveness: Establish processes that enable the Chapter to operate at it's highest level. Focus on Human Capital: Attract, recruit, appoint, retain and develop strong team members for Make-A-Wish boards and staff. Become the charity of choice for volunteers. Make-A-Wish South Carolina has: 30 year presence in South Carolina 12 staff members Headquartered in Greenville Currently over 450 eligible wishes in South Carolina Average cost per wish is $7,500 $4,000 cash cost $3,500 in-kind donations
