Mission Statement
PCC is a neighborhood –based outreach program to the women, families and children in the Bronx, NY. PCC, in partnership with local agencies, provides a wide range so social, educational, mental health programs as well as other services to adults and children. PCC supports disadvantaged youth form many diverse backgrounds. PCC focuses many of its programs on supporting a large New York City low income Publish Housing Project, of which all of the participants of the Mentoring Program reside.
About This Cause
Preston Center of Compassion programs that have developed over the years are in response to the unique needs of urban Bronx, New York youth and families. PCC’s goals are to empower poor urban children and families, particularly those headed by women, to develop their full potential and to enrich their lives by providing education, counseling, mentoring, leadership empowerment programs and other support and outreach services.
