About This Cause
Mercy Care offers a patient-centered medical home to those living in homelessness and poverty throughout Atlanta. Through a network of 14 clinics & outreach program, Mercy Care alleviates the burden on hospital emergency rooms by delivering appropiate care int he primary care settings. The resuls: better outcomes for our patients and decreased helathcare costs to tax payers. We're spreading hope and helping build a healthy community for all.
