Mission Statement

Temima, The Richard and Jean Katz High School is a college prep school which has a holistic approach to empower young women to access their inner potential via academic success in Jewish and secular studies

About This Cause

Temima is a not for profit high school which focuses on academic excellence in Judaic and secular studies, coupled with a robust program dedicated to character building and self improvement. Students are encouraged to maximize their potential in all areas of personal growth and coached to express their full potential to become leaders in their families, communities and place of work. An essential component of their experience is involvement with needy and fragile members of the community to whom they extend assistance on every level. An annual production allows for creativity on every level as the students are involved in every aspect of the work involved. Almost 100% of our alumnae have achieved a bachelors and over 80% have accomplished advanced degrees. A Temima graduate is a caring, outer focused, powerful woman who takes responsibility in the world around her and is going to make that world a better place.
