Mission Statement
The Helen Gordon Centre for Women is a nonprofit organization offering a diverse array of programs to help women in the Tampa Bay region to succeed both personally and professionally. Our programs and services encourage, educate and empower women.
About This Cause
Empowering women and girls has been the focus of our organization since the doors first opened in 1977. The Centre for Women has since grown to provide holistic, wrap around services that encourage, elevate, and empower the clients we serve. We help clients start their own businesses, take charge of their mental health, find employment, learn job-seeking skills, and rehabilitate their home. Each year, over 3,000 individuals receive our services.
